I remember Elaine in the fondest way. Always quick to smile and laugh. If you had a story about something, Elaine could top your story, every time! Always easy to talk to. Smart, very very funny and brutally honest. But the thing I remember the most is how she would would shine whenever she spoke of her mom (God rest her soul), her daughter and her Debbie. Elaine would truly glow when she would brag about her wonderful daughter. It was easy to listen to her when she talked about Penny because it was the purest love from her heart.
